Our Concept

In October 2009 we started our platform www.online-teile.com after one year of development with a BMW shop (thanks to Mr. Fritsch, who believed in us and the concept at that time) and a turnover of 78.50 Euro. The platform is intended to enable private consumers and smaller workshops in particular to order all original parts of most brands online 24/7.

We work with one dealer per brand and country, it is advantageous if the partner can cover several brands. The responsible parts service manager should believe in the future of the Internet and enjoy this business. English skills are helpful.Suggestions and initiatives are always welcome. Also experience with the dispatch of spare parts eg with ebay / amazon is useful. The system is flexible and fits seamlessly into the processes in your dealership and is appreciated by the parts service staff, we are happy to give you references.

Your part is  (after receipt of money on your account) the order of the parts from the manufacturer and the speedy sending to the customer, the care of the customer in case of flow disturbances such as extended delivery times, dropped parts etc. We need informations about the spare parts prices , further dimensions, weights, spare parts and replacement parts, replacement deposit and gladly more so as to be able to inform the customer comprehensively in the shop, so that the customer can place his order without further asking with a secure feeling. The sale of old stock, special offers, accessory offers should also be realized in your shop. We want this extra online sales channel to fit seamlessly into your operations and you only do what you do every day anyway.

The prices in the shop are the usual market prices plus shipping costs. There are discounts for workshops and registered brand clubs. We assume that the benefits to the customer are not in a price advantage, but in the convenience of ordering at all times and saving time and money for travelling.

Our part is the advertising, the drafting of recommendations for the legal formulations in the shop (we are advised in this respect both Händlerbund federation and IDO federation and have never received a warning), the care of the data, software development and many other tasks. We attach great importance to compliance with your dealer contract, in particular the provisions of the GVO.

There are no fixed costs for our partners. The earned margin is divided, giving you a detailed list for review and an invoice is generated after the list is released.

Our Company

has been in the mobility business since 1852; please see our chronicle . The first car was sold in 1903. We had several dealerships for Audi, Auto-Union, Benz, BMW, DKW, Mercedes-Benz, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen and Wanderer through the years and generations. At the beginning of this century, we decided not to lose our independence in being merged into the growing dealer groups but look for an own space in the automotive business. In 2009, we started this online-platform, which is still unique and is continually growing to a complete offer with spare parts catalogs with more than 40 brands and a total offer of more than 11 million part positions.

In the next years we want to copy the platform into different countries such as Italy, France, Mexico and Spain, but also offer the system to interested dealers.

The Managing Director Andreas Hoevel is in the automotive business since the age of 14. He highly succeeded from his studies as a Master of Economics at the University and his Master of Car Mechanic at the Chamber of Crafts in Münster/ Westfalen in the age of 28, then he had some training as a salesman, parts manager, future owner of the company at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart and the Volkswagen Marketing management Institut in Riddagshausen/ Braunschweig. Not to mention, his several trainings for NLP ( neurolinguistic programming ), rhetoric, self-organisation, and business trips to China, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Spain, many of the former Russian republics like Aphasia, Aserbaidschan, Baltic countries, Belarus, Kasachstan, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia itself, United Kingdom, USA have given him the ability to lead the company and an international network in automotive business. As a director of an Audi-BMW-Skoda-Volkswagen dealership in Zeitz with up to 150 employees in different locations, he definitely knows every aspect of this business.

Our Catalog System 

is one of the largest and most popular VIN catalog web systems for genuine and aftermarket parts. Distributors and wholesalers from Germany, Spain, Italy, Eastern Europe, Balkans and Baltic states use this cataloging system to simply search and identify OEM parts by VIN or Frame code. Finding the right aftermarket part by OEM number cross-reference search was never easier. For the brands BMW, BMW Motorrad, MINI and Rolls-Royce we offer the catalog of the BMW AG named ETK.

Nuestro sistema de tiendas

se basa en uno de los sistemas de tienda de Open Source más conocidos y ha sido adaptado por nosotros para el negocio de piezas originales para automóviles desde 2009. El software XT-Modified-Shop subyacente está relacionado con XT-commerce, OS-commerce, Gambio y muchos otros sistemas de tiendas. Esto asegura que el software sea conocido por muchos programadores. También hay muchas aplicaciones para las modalidades de pago (Paypal, Klarna, Transferencia Bancaria, Billpay, Master Payment, Tarjeta de crédito, giropay, postepay, transferencia bancaria instantánea, etc.), envío (DHL, GLS, DPD, Nightstar, UPS, etc.), intercambio de datos con otras plataformas de ventas como Amazon y eBay, programas de comprobación de la eficacia de su presencia en línea como Google Analytics, integración de sistemas de gestión de mercancías con software de almacenamiento, plantillas, tipografías, y mucho más. Los módulos son gratuitos o de bajo costo porque el número de aplicaciones relacionadas con el sistema de tiendas es enorme.

Hemos desarrollado las adaptaciones necesarias para su uso en un entorno de automoción como el campo forzado para el VIN, una simple adaptación de datos especialmente para piezas sustituidas y omitidas e información de precios. Hemos desarrollado un enlace a la cesta de la compra, que se envía al cliente y éste puede realizar el pedido con unos pocos clics. Hemos desarrollado rutinas que le permiten hacer ajustes de precio para cientos de miles de piezas en cuestión de horas. Hemos programado un vínculo muy estrecho con el catálogo de repuestos, que proporciona al cliente la mayor información posible para realizar el pedido de forma segura y sin consultas. Hay una tienda básica y un programa de marcadores de posición para datos variables, de modo que todas las tiendas pueden actualizarse en un solo proceso en caso de una adaptación, por ejemplo, de formulaciones legales. 18 grupos de clientes y precios diferentes responden a todos los posibles tipos de compradores, desde los invitados hasta los miembros del ADAC, pasando por los talleres y las exportaciones libres de impuestos a los países de la AELC.

Un sistema de tickets permite una comunicación fácil y verificable entre su personal de servicio de piezas y los clientes.
